ZASHO
The program targets adolescents (10–19), youths (20–35), and adults (36+), including small-scale farmers, agricultural entrepreneurs, and vulnerable community members. Adolescents require educational and health support, while young people need guidance as they transition into adulthood. Special focus is given to adolescent girls and young women (AGYW), orphans and vulnerable children (OVC), and school dropouts through empowerment, care, and reintegration programs. Women and men, especially those in agriculture, are supported with livelihood and economic opportunities, ensuring inclusive development for all.
ZASHO
Key Populations (KP), including groups at higher risk such as sex workers, MSM, and PWID, face unique health challenges requiring targeted interventions, while Priority Populations (PP) encompass those experiencing social, economic, or health disparities that demand urgent support. Pregnant and breastfeeding women (PBFW) are a critical focus for maternal health programs, emphasizing the need for comprehensive prenatal, childbirth, and postnatal care. By addressing the specific needs of these groups, ZASHO ensures that vulnerable populations receive the care and resources necessary for their well-being. This holistic approach helps bridge gaps in healthcare access and promotes long-term health equity.
ZASHO
ZASHO is dedicated to empowering small-scale farmers by promoting sustainable and resilient farming practices. Through a focus on agroecology, just food systems, climate adaptation, and biodiversity conservation, the organization equips farmers with the tools they need to thrive in changing environmental conditions. By fostering these practices, ZASHO supports the development of sustainable livelihoods and contributes to both community well-being and environmental sustainability. This holistic approach ensures that farmers can build resilient agricultural systems while protecting the natural environment for future generations.
