The Founder and Executive Director, is a seasoned professional with expertise in Sexual Reproductive Health, Environmental Education, and Peace and Conflict Management. She is the Executive Director of Zambian Adolteens Sustainable Health Organisation (ZASHO) and serves as a Gender Specialist at African Mining Consultancy on the World Bank-funded Zambia-Tanzania Interconnector Project. With 22 years of teaching experience, Litruda has also been an Adjunct Lecturer and project coordinator. She holds a bachelor's degree in Education, a Master's in Peace and Conflict, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Geography and Environmental Studies at the University of the Witwatersrand.
The Board Chair, is Civil Society and Governance activist. He has served on various Boards of National organizations such as Action-Aid Zambia Board whose Board he saved for 5 years first joining as a General Assembly Member, Vice Board Chairperson and later saved as Board Chairperson until the end of his term in May 2021. He saved as CSPR Board Chairperson for 4 years and is currently the Board Chairperson of Zitukule Self Help Consortium. He has over 15 years’ experience in the development sector focusing on Youth Empowerment and Advocacy.
Vice Board Chair, is a Development and Social work practitioner with over 9 years’ experience in Non-governmental organizations and School Environment systems, with high demonstrated proficiency in Planning and Budgeting, community development program, implementation, project management and organizational Leadership, program Monitoring and Evaluation with great proficient at collaborating with several organizations and Government Departments in order to progress effective action policies for creating responsiveness and improving lives of the vulnerable people.
The Board Treasurer, is an accountant by profession with over ten years’ experience in providing quality finance and accounting services. This experience has been acquired in both the public and private sector. She joined a civil society organization two years ago. Since then she has become more interested in the welfare of young people especially adolescent girls and young women.

Board Member, is a strategic information analyst by profession with and over 13 years of experience in HIV/AIDS in Non Profit governmental organization, providing Monitoring and Evaluation/strategic information management. Currently working with University of Maryland MGIC, Zambia CIRCUITS project and pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation at ZCAS. His current role is to provide technical strategic information and IT insight to sub-grantees partners within the consortium through M/E framework designing indicator interpretation and reporting system management.
Board Member, is a Gender and HIV/AIDS Expert with a background in Journalism and Development Studies. She has a Certificate as a Community Animator and Trainer in Women's Rights from the European Union. Doreen facilitated a European Union-funded project on Women in Public Life and served as a National Board Member for YWCA, among other leadership roles. Her experience spans journalism, media liaison, and district coordination in health-related projects. She is currently a District AIDS Coordination Advisor under local government.
has a Master in Public Health (MPH) and a Bachelor of Social Work. Worked for the ministry of Youth, Sport and Child Development for over 8 years. Has experience in Child Development, Program management and Research. He is an expert in programming for Adolescents and Young People, Sexual Reproductive Health Rights, Child rights advocacy and social justice. He has served on the TB/HIV program under the Western Provincial Health Office/ Centers for Disease Control and Prevention- (CoAg) as Community Program Officer for 2 years. He moved on to work as the HIV Technical Lead (Key Populations Coordinator) in western province and as Implementation Officer in Southern Province under the CIRKUITS project with the University of Maryland as the sub granter. He possesses immense experience in the management, treatment and control of the HIV Epidemic including prevention and management of HIV among underserved populations.
Board Member, is a postdoctoral research fellow with the School of Geography, Archaeology and Environmental Studies, University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. Sheearned a PhD in Environmental Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, a master's degree in Energy and Environmental Management from the University of Abertay Dundee, United Kingdom, and a bachelor's degree in Animal and Environmental Biology from Abia State University Uturu, Nigeria. Dr. Ilo has over twelve years of significant industry experience that cuts across climate change mitigation and adaptation, sustainability, energy security, biodiversity conservation, solid waste management, and environmental resource management. A result-oriented researcher who is passionate about translating theoretical know-how into practical solutions.She has published peer-reviewed papers, which have been cited several times, and has attended conferences where she presented her scientific works. Dr Ilo also served as the Project Manager of the Barcode of Wildlife Nigeria 2015, a Google Impact Awards grant to the Consortium for the Barcode of Life.She has won several prestigious awards and scholarships.

A Professional Counsellor in HIV/AIDS and holding a Diploma in Business Management, certificates in Tuberculosis and Advanced Concepts, Drug and Harm Reduction, Data Analysis and a Certificate in Key Population Sensitivity Training. A trainer in Coaching Boys into Men under Gender Norms. He has worked for the University of Maryland as Community Liaison officer for over 4years, working with different Key and Priority population groups in communities in championing good health for all. I have a vest experience in HIV/ AIDS programming.

Technical Advisor,is a British-Zambian born academic who is currently based at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. He has an extensive work and research experience in community development, climate change adaptation and environmental management systems and has extensive work experience in Europe, Africa and Latin America. He has served as a member of the advisory and steering committee for different International organisations and governments and taken a number of short and long term assignments for bilateral and multilateral agencies including; the World Bank, the Ford Foundation, the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), the Australian Centre for International Agriculture Research (ACIAR), the Scottish Think Tank on Climate change and sustainability and the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO). He has worked as a senior academic for the University of Gothenburg in Sweden; the universities of Sussex, Brighton, Manchester and St-Andrews in the UK, Moscow State University in Russia and the Universuty of Vermot in Burlington in the USA. He is currently a technical advisor to the African Union and the European Commission on climate change adaptation issues.

Acquired her PhD in Geography and Environmental Studies at the University of the Witwatersrand. Her PhD research was interested in investigating the optimal approaches for South Africa's transition from a coal dependent economy to that driven by sustainable sources of energy.
